 •             Original identification with old location

 •             Current address verification like Aadhaar card, water charge, power bill or phone charge, elector ID card, confirmation of gas association, Income Tax request, companion identification duplicate (first and last page including family subtleties), photograph passbook of running ledger and so on

 •             Copy of online application

 •             Copy of installment receipt or challan receipt

 •             Self-authenticated duplicate of first and last page of passport

 •             Self-verified duplicate of the ECR/Non-ECR page
